The 13 vegetable gardens were established in October, 2015 and are 32 square feet a piece with one 16 square foot herb box. In addition to the vegetables and herbs, Brooke also has numerous fruit trees.

"The students really enjoy being exposed to nature. They will work hard in the heat and come together as a team to complete projects because they value the experience so much. It fills a need they have to be outside in a way few are able acheive at home. "
