Covington Middle School excavated the space for their in ground pond. With a pond liner that was found by the side of the road and repaired, they built a beautiful aquatic ecosystem. The rocks surrounding the pond all came from the Covington campus and were brought to this spot by students. The Covington Native Plants and Animals Elective classes take great pride in their pond and native habitat.
